Material

The golden elements are made of 925 sterling silver with high-quality gold plating. We source all components from within the EU to ensure compliance with European REACH regulations. The freshwater pearls are cultured pearls.

Length

The bracelet has a length of 20 cm but can be custom-made to your preferred size. The included 4 cm extension chain allows the bracelet to be adjusted anywhere between 16–20 cm.
If you prefer a shorter length or up to 24 cm, simply leave your desired size in the order notes. For lengths beyond 24 cm, please send us a message.

Color

The product can be made with yellow gold, rose gold, or silver details. The yellow gold and rose gold versions are high-quality gold-plated 925 sterling silver. The silver version is rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver. Select your preferred color from the dropdown menu.

ENGRAVING

Upon request, a small pendant can be engraved with a letter, a word, a date, or a symbol. The pendant can be placed either in the center or at the end of the bracelet. You may also choose multiple pendants.

Via the dropdown menus, you can select the pendant type (heart, star, circle, or tag), the number of pendants, and whether you prefer single- or double-sided engraving. Afterwards, click on "Add personalization" beneath the dropdown fields and provide your engraving request and the preferred pendant position.

If the personalization field is not available for you, you can also leave your engraving request in the order notes (in the shopping cart) or send it to us via message.

Please note the following for engraving requests:
- Dates are engraved in the following format: 7.7.23 to reduce characters and ensure readability.
- If you want double-sided engraving, please select the corresponding option in the dropdown menu.
- If you need more than three pendants, you can order additional ones via the following link:

- If you'd like to engrave a custom symbol, we require your design as a vector graphic. We charge an additional €7 because we need to create a custom engraving file for you. Please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your engraving idea.

SHIPPING

Order processing may take up to 3 business days, though it is usually faster. Shipping is handled by DHL and typically takes around 1–3 business days within Germany. In very rare cases, delivery may take longer. Please understand that any delays caused by DHL are beyond our control. We always do our best to ensure your jewelry arrives as quickly as possible.

In exceptional cases (except between November 20th and December 24th), we can also arrange express shipping. This service costs an additional €12 and must be agreed upon with us in advance via message.

CARE

Thanks to the high-quality gold plating and 925 sterling silver, our products are very durable. To maintain their shine for a long time, please follow these care instructions:

Care Instructions for Gold-Plated Silver Jewelry

- Avoid contact with moisture (this does not mean the jewelry will tarnish after water contact, but it may reduce the longevity of the plating):
--> Remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, exercising, or sleeping.
--> Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, or cleaning agents—they can damage the plating.
- Gentle cleaning:
--> Wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after wearing it to remove sweat and residues.
- Proper storage:
--> Store your jewelry separately, ideally in a soft pouch or a jewelry box with fabric compartments.
--> Avoid jewelry pieces rubbing against each other to keep the plating intact for longer.
- Conscious wear:
--> Gold-plated jewelry is more delicate than solid gold—wear it mainly for special occasions rather than daily.
--> If worn regularly, re-plating (re-gold-plating) after 1–2 years may refresh its shine.
